Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, L+R developed and acquired assets across the UK, executed pioneering public-private partnership projects, and broadened its investment approach across logistics, industrial, infrastructure-related assets and operational real estate. As the business expanded internationally, it invested across more than 25 countries, acquiring and managing assets throughout Scandinavia, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Central America, South Africa and beyond.

Hospitality has become a defining pillar of the platform. Over the past two decades, L+R has acquired more than 100 hotels, including some of the world's most recognised hospitality assets, creating one of the largest privately held hotel portfolios globally. Through its hospitality businesses, including Iconic Hotels & Resorts, L+R owns and operates a collection of luxury, lifestyle and select-service hotels across key international markets.
