Ana Ivanovic joins L+R as Head of Originations and Capital Formation. Bringing over 12 years' experience, she will lead deal origination and partnerships across Europe to drive regional expansion and growth.
We are excited to announce the appointment of Ana Ivanovic as Head of Originations and Capital Formation at L+R.
Ana brings more than 12 years’ experience from JLL, where she advised on approximately €5bn of hotel real estate transactions across Europe and most recently led its Southern European Hotels & Hospitality business. Based in Madrid, she will play a central role in our regional expansion - alongside the opening of our new office on Calle de Jorge Juan in the heart of the Salamanca district, strengthening our presence across Southern Europe.
In her new role, Ana will lead deal origination, capital formation and strategic partnerships across Europe, working closely with our leadership team to drive growth across both our hospitality platform and wider real estate portfolio.
These appointments reflect our long-term strategy to scale the L+R platform through best-in-class talent, local expertise and partnership-led growth, while continuing to strengthen our position as a partner of choice for owners, investors and operators across our core markets.
